Congressman Jesse Jackson Jr. is resigning from Congress today, according to CBS News.

Congressman Jesse Jackson Jr. is resigning from Congress today, according to CBS News.

Jackson has reportedly notified his staff and supporters of his departure, and sent a letter of resignation to Speaker John Boehner. This is straight out Democrat Bull Sh%^&^T! Jesse Jackson has reportedly notified his staff and supporters of his departure, and sent a letter of resignation to Speaker John Boehner. Now here is a man who WENT GHOST AT THE LAST 6 MONTHS OF HIS CAMPAIGN. Clearly this man has mental issues. He won by more then a 60% margin. He knowns he DID NOT WANT THE JOB. So he runs for office wins then he steps DOWN. OMG....WHY??? So he can have control of the seat an appoint a Democrat replacement.  Again why do people not see the games that are being played on them.

 CBS News reports:

" The decision came following two weeks of mounting calls for him to come clean with voters, following revelations that former U.S. Attorney Dan Webb was involved in plea bargaining with authorities who’d been investigating Jackson’s alleged misuse of campaign funds".

If the reports are true, one has to wonder why Jackson didn’t resign before he was reelected on November 6th. Jackson even went so far as to issue a robocall to constituents, thanking them for their patience, only to resign less than a month later.

Previous news reports have speculated that Jackson’s resignation was imminent since Jackson is in the middle of a plea deal with the Feds for misuse of campaign funds, which will result in jail time.

Jackson has been absent from Capitol Hill since mid-June, when he left his job to seek help for bipolar disorder. Those who have spoken with him recently say he is in no position to return to work. He was briefly at his home in Washington D.C. but didn’t stay long, choosing instead to return to the Mayo Clinic.

Jackson is accused of spending $40,000 on a Rolex watch for a female friend and using campaign funds to redecorate his Chicago home. His wife has also been implicated in the scandal as well.

He won the seat fair and square. Now we will appoint and replacement until they do and re-election. Now how much does it cost to do a re-election? Critics charge that candidates must spend heavily to get elected and races often cost  100k and up to millions of dollars to do a RE-ELECTION on top of the cost to the state. OMG this man did not care about the cost to the state of the people? And the people did not get the warring signs that he clearly did not WANT THE SEAT. BY GOING GHOST 6 months at the end of the campaign race for the seat.

TIM CONSTANTINE: Obama's odd love affair with Iran

At the beginning of April, Barack Obama took what many termed as a “victory lap” celebrating the framework of an agreement with Iran. At the time many asked why he would celebrate before an actual agreement had been reached. The more logical question is why Mr. Obama is so desperately ...

FRANK GAFFNEY: It was and is jihadist genocide

One hundred years ago today, jihad was unleashed on the Armenian and other Christians of the Ottoman Empire. By some estimates, as many as 1.5 million people were murdered.

The successor government of Muslim Turkey basically denies this reality and threatens those who point it out. In deference to the ...

DREW JOHNSON: 'Net neutrality' and how to battle back

Republicans on Capitol Hill continue to move major pieces of legislation forward. From the Iran deal to a $200 billion Medicare reform to the party's forthcoming budget, the GOP is sending a clear message to voters ahead of the 2016 elections: Republicans can govern, and govern well, when they're in ...

L. TODD WOOD: Obama showing the world how not to deal with Russia

The quote on the wall for 2016 presidential hopefuls should be, "It's our national security, stupid." You wouldn't get that feeling if you watched President Obama's State of the Union speech a few months ago. Mr. Obama believes he has tamed rogue regimes and dictators alike; all is well with ...
