Mexico is trying to keep Guatemalans out of Mexico! Yes you read correctly. The Mexican Tax Administration admitted that Mexico is building a wall in the State of Chiapas along the Mexican/Guatemalan border. The official statement from the Mexican government is that the wall is going up to control the passage of contraband, but officials working for the Mexican government have admitted it will also help control illegal immigration.
